1. Registration

  • Scheduled Regular courses
    must be made through either the EAFAS web site or:

  • (download registration form for sending by fax)
  • Companies that are sending more than three participants to any EAFAS Regular Course can benefit from a 10% discount on the tuition fee for every extra participant(s).
  • This discount may not be combined with any other special offers if not specified!

      • go through the detailed course description
        • click on "Schedule & Location"
          • different dates and locations are proposed
            • select and click on "registration"
              • file in application form and

2. Lecturing staff

  • All of our lecturers proved themselves as qualified as they are skilled in their own field, working with the national Civil Aviation Authority, in the Aviation Industry (Manufacturer, Operator, Maintenance) and other specialized training institutes. All lecturers have extensive training experience.

3. Language

  • EAFAS members and lecturers come from various European countries.
    All courses are conducted in English and participants are expected to have a reasonable command of English as a working language. However many of our courses can also be conducted in Spanish, French, or German, as required. (Tailor-made courses)


4. Course Levels & Colour Code

  • Awareness : General information to have a comprehensive view on the topic : objectives, key points and main drivers, latest developments at a general level
  • Detailed : Comprehensive presentation of the topic in all its aspects.
  • Implementation : Comprehensive presentation of the topic enabling the delegates to implement the corresponding skills. This level can lead to acquisition of a formal qualification.
  • Colour Code : A colour coding eases the search in the catalogue, Courses are grouped in seven families:

    REG - Regulatory Courses
    INS - Audits & Surveillance Courses
    OPS - Operations Courses
    HF.M - Human Factors & Medical Courses
    AES - Aircraft Environment Surveillance Courses
    MGT - Aviation Management
    GEN - Other General Training Courses

7. Fees & Payment

  • Fees:
  • From 250 € to 400 € per training day and per person according to the type of course
  • Special price can be negociated for tailor made courses .Do not hesitate to contact us to have more informations .
  • Payment:
  • Course fees should be paid prior to beginning of the course or immediately on receipt of invoice for late application by either a cheque payable to EAFAS or by a bank draft to:

  • Cancellation Policy:
    For Clients : When the client cancels a confirmed booking, in writing the following charges will apply:
      • 4 weeks prior to commencement .....................No charge
      • 2 – 4 weeks prior to commencement.................50% refund
      • Less than 2 weeks prior to commencement.......No refund
  • A registration can be transferred to another person, at any time before the course begins, at no extra charge Please note that cancellation instructions must be received in writing by Registration Department.
  • For European Academy For Aviation Safety :
  • EAFAS reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class or transfer enrollments to a later date.Clients will be notified and all payments will be refunded, if the customer could not attend the rescheduled course or if the session is cancelled definitly.


8. Currency & VAT application

  • Invoices are to be paid in Euros (€). Upon special request, EAFAS can accept other currency. The customer is liable for possible bank charges.Customers in France will be charged VAT / TVA at the prevailing rate. Any other relevant taxes will be applied.
    Please note that if you do not mention a VAT registration number on the EAFAS registration form, or if your Company is exempted of TVA, you will be charged for the TVA (19.6% of the total price) If your Company is exempted of TVA, please do not forget to mention it.

9.Training facilities

  • Located in a lovely environment in Blagnac -Toulouse (France), EAFAS benefits from a synergy totally dedicated to the Aeronautical Industry.
    Thanks to its Pan-European network, EAFAS can offer dozens of training facilities ranging from basic classrooms to lecture theatres, and full flight simulators.
    Whenever justified by the number of students or sessions, EAFAS is happy to organize theoretical courses or “on the Job training” even at the customer’s facilities, anywhere in Europe.

10. Accommodation

  • For each scheduled course, a detailed package including relevant information such as hotel & restaurant lists, ground transportation and sightseeing possibilities are provided to the trainee once the registration is confirmed.
